Who we are

We are a project management company that specialises in residential construction projects.

We have considerable experience in all levels of construction engineering from residential house projects through to large civil engineering projects, and we have partnerships with architects offices.

Always with an emphasis on pratical solutions to help people achieve theirs goals.

Utilizando os nossos conhecimentos e parcerias com arquitetos e construtores locais, podemos ajudá-lo a conseguir tudo o que precisa.

Como fazemos?

Reunindo consigo para perceber o que pretende, seguindo estes passos:

I. Discussão inicial, esboços, exemplos de outras casas e uma visita ao local;

II. Análise detalhada sobre o que é viável, quais os custos e restrições;

III. Apresentação de todos os custos e taxas aplicáveis a todo o processo;

Uma vez concluída esta fase, podemos passar para a próxima fase de contratação de serviços para ajudar no processo, bem como a obtenção de custos mais vantajosos para a execução das obras. Nesta fase fornecemos também o planeamento temporal previsto.

Com isto, leva-nos ao desenvolvimento de um gráfico de fluxo de gestão de projecto, que vai constituir a base das actividades de construção restantes.

Building your dream home is probably one of the most exciting, involving, scary and yet rewarding things you will ever do.

Utilising our local knowledge of Builders, Architects and Local Councils we will look to help you achieve everything you want.

How do we do this?

We start by spending time talking with you, understanding what he wants to have and broadly following the path laid out below:

I. Initial discussion, sketches, examples of other houses and maybe a site visit to understand what you want.

II. Detailed discussions about what is feasible, what the costs are likely to be, planning restrictions if applicable.

III. An outline of our fees for assisting you with all or part of the entire process;

Once this has been completed then we can move to the next stage of engaging services to assist in the process as well as obtaining more precise costings for all the works. We hope to also be able to provide an estimate of the timescales involved.

This will then lead to the development of a project management flow chart which will form the basis of the remaining Building activities.

Remodelações

Nesta vertente, fazemos todas as obras necessárias num edifício existente, quer seja uma restauração completa, remodelação de interiores, re-decoração ou renovações externas e internas.

É importante assegurar que todas as legalizações necessárias sejam feitas antes de iniciar os trabalhos, nalguns casos, como uma remodelação interior, não é necessário licenciamento, mas quando tem alterações exteriores ou outro tipo de intervenções já obriga a ter licenciamento.

A nossa experiência permite-nos selecionar os profissionais mais adequados e qualificados para rresponder às necessidades de cada projeto, seja ele o arquiteto, o construtor ou quaisquer outro interveniente na obra.

Trabalhamos para si, para garantir que os seus objetivos são cumpridos no melhor tempo e no melhor preço.

Renovations

Under this heading we place all works that are planned to be done to an existing building, so it applies to a full restoration, remodelling interior, re-decoration or external and internal renovations.

It is important to ensure that all the required authorisations are in place to allow the work to be undertaken, in some instances such as an interior remodel there may well be no requirement for approvals or authorisations, in others such as renovating a "listed" Windmill there may be many requirements.

Our expertise allows us to select the most appropriately skilled professionals to match to the needs of the project, be it the Architect, Builder or any other skilled tradesmen for that matter. We will ensure that all the requirements from the Local Authority are known and obtained so ensuring the smoothest possible execution of the project.

We will work closely with you, our Client to ensure that what you want is achievable, and is then achieved in a timely manner at the best possible price.

Projeto

A nossa experiência ensinou-nos que, para obter um melhor resultado para os nossos clientes, temos de ocupar algum tempo nos estudos iniciais, para garantir não só que entendemos plenamente o que o nosso cliente procura, mas também, que o cliente tem certezas do que pretende antes da decisão final.

Nós solicitamos aos nossos clientes que nos forneçam informações sobre os seus gostos em matéria de design, arquitetura, estilo de vida, decoração e mobiliário. Isto permite-nos ter uma melhor ideia do que se pretende.

Selecionamos os empreiteiros mais adequados e qualificados para cada caso, comprometendo-nos em negociar preços que sejam aceitáveis para o nosso cliente.

Depois de iniciar os trabalhos, nós faremos a ligação entre todos os intervenientes, conforme acordado previamente entre nós e nosso cliente, fazendo relatórios das actividades. Os relatórios serão fornecidos por e-mail.

Com o objectivo de garantir que o nosso cliente tem conhecimento real das atividades em execução e o progresso da obra.

Finalmente, estaremos sempre à disposição para ajudar, mesmo depois da obra estar concluída, pois temos uma extensa gama de serviços adicionais de pós-construção.

Project

Our experience has taught us that in order to get the best possible outcome for our Clients we need to take plenty of time in the initial "scoping" stages to ensure that not only do we fully understand what our Client requires, but also that the Client understands clearly for themselves what it is they want to achieve

We encourage our Clients to collect information about things that they like in respect of design, architecture, lifestyle, decoration and furnishings.

This allows us to get a better idea of what they are looking to achieve.

We will then, select the most appropriately skilled and qualified contractors and then undertake to negotiate prices that are acceptable for you, our Client.

Once work starts we will liaise with all 3rd party contractors as required and agreed between us and our Client, reporting as agreed as the work progresses. Reports may be send by email.

The objective being to ensure that our Client knows exactly what is happening, what needs to happen and also what their requirement will be with regard to decision making on such things as materials and specifications.

Finally we will always be on hand to assist once the work is completed and we have access to an extensive range of additional services.
